IBERIUMselection was born from a group with over 25 years of experience in packaged foods. That journey has taught us something no product specification can capture: quality means nothing if a product arrives late, is poorly presented, or simply doesn’t fit the occasion.

Building on that experience, we created something different — a brand designed exclusively for premium tourist accommodation in leading cities. How do I place my order?

Select your hamper, choose your options — drink, dishes, and dessert — and give us your apartment address. The whole process takes less than five minutes.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery takes under 24 hours from the moment you confirm your order. We prepare it and deliver it straight to your accommodation.

Are the products ready to eat?

Most of them, yes. A few of the hot dishes need four minutes in the microwave. The guide included in your hamper tells you exactly what to do with each one.

How many people is each hamper designed for?

Each hamper is designed for two people. If there are more of you, simply add as many hampers as you need when you place your order.

Can I choose what goes in the hamper?

For the lunch, dinner and late-night hampers, you can choose your drink, dishes, and dessert. The breakfast hamper has a fixed selection — designed to offer a complete, balanced experience right from the start.

Are there options for allergies or intolerances?

We offer gluten-free options across several hampers. Check the product information before confirming your order, or get in touch directly if you have any questions.

Do I need to be in the apartment when it arrives?

We'd recommend it, so your hamper arrives in perfect condition. If you can't be there, just let us know when you order and we'll find the best solution together.

Can I book my hamper in advance?

Yes. You can place your order as far in advance as you like and let us know your preferred delivery date and time. That way, the experience is guaranteed from the moment you arrive at your apartment.

What happens if my hamper arrives damaged or with the seal broken?

You can accept the delivery, noting the issue on the delivery note next to your signature.

Alternatively, you can refuse the delivery and return the package to the courier, noting the issue next to your signature.
